The weather has sadly taken a turn for the worse and rain has once again dominates the UK weather forecast. Your summer holiday might be a thing of the past, but we bet you’re not prepared to say goodbye to your holiday tan just yet. Here’s a few product favourites Grace has been reaching for to prolong her holiday glow for as long as possible:

blog-post (1)

  • Chanel’s Soleil Tan De Chanel is a lightweight cream bronzer that gives the skin a natural sun-kissed glow. I’ve been buffing this onto my cheekbones and forehead, anywhere the sun naturally hits to add some extra colour. It blends into the skin beautifully (even on days my skin feels a little dry) and can be layered underneath a powder bronzer for super-long wear.
  • LDN: Skins Discover Your Tone Kit contains a three-step system; Tone 1 Gradual Tanner that will top up your fading tan and Tone 2 that will provide a deeper bronze when your colour altogether disappears. It also comes with a gentle Foaming Exfoliator to buff away any dead skin that tanners often cling to. Plus, you get a free mitt with purchase to eliminate any chance of those pesky streaks!
  • Korres Body Butter keeps skin hydrated and stops it peeling, which helps prolong your colour. Korres Body Butters are packed with super-nourishing ingredients like shea butter and avocado oil. The Guava scent smells heavenly – it’ll transport you right back to your holiday.
  • theBalm Cosmetics Mary-Lou Manzier attracts light (and attention) to areas you want to accentuate; tops of cheekbones, cupids bow, inner corner of the eye. It gives the most gorgeous glow without making you look like a disco ball (or a Strictly Come Dancing contestant).
  • Clarins Liquid Bronze Self Tanner has been recently reclaimed from my ‘winter skincare stash’ – yes, I have seasonal skincare wardrobes! – to assist my fading freckles. Pop it on a cotton pad and swipe over your face for a natural warmth when you wake up in the morning.
